These wonderful little hedgehogs are made in Mohair Fabric - ideal for hedgehogs, the fabric looks prickly but in fact silky to the touch. They are fully jointed (except for the sleeping hedgehogs) with hardboard joints and have sparkly glass eyes. The noses and features are embroidered in black perle thread.
Filled with polyester they are also partly pellet filled to give them a nice weight and feeling. The paw pads are pure wool felt. Each hedgehog is individually made in Sue's Studio and the fabrics for the clothing are carefully selected and made with care to compliment the character of the Hedgehog! An antique style brass pin badge 'SQ' is attached and the final piece is labelled and signed by Sue.
Designed to last through generations, these small characters are suitable for adults and children alike but not recommended for small children under the age of 5.
